Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes — returns are possible.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product includes all original parts and components
• The product is in its original condition and packaging
• Only normal handling is evident — damage caused by misuse is excluded
• Hygiene-sensitive items must be properly cleaned before return
• Any defect must be reported immediately after delivery

We reserve the right to charge or deduct shipping-related costs where applicable.

Returns are reviewed within 7 working days after arrival. If conditions are met, the return will be officially approved.

We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to Request a Return

If your order meets the above conditions, please contact us at:

• order number
• reason for return
• photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
• full name
• customer address

Once approved, we will provide the correct return address.

Do not send items back to the sender address.
The correct return address is provided only after approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Cancellation Right)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Because our fulfilment process is highly automated, once an order is placed it enters processing quickly and cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

If you wish to withdraw, you must notify us clearly by email:

Withdrawal is completed only after the returned goods are received by our warehouse.

Orders Already in Transit

Our products are shipped from overseas suppliers in Asia.
Delivery times may therefore be longer.

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait for delivery and then request a return according to the process above.

Refund Consequences

After a valid withdrawal or approved return:

We will refund payments received from you — excluding original delivery costs — within 14 days of:

• receiving your withdrawal notice
and
• receiving the returned goods

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for purchase.

Important Notice

All approved returns must be sent to our central overseas warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.

We recommend checking international return shipping costs with your carrier before sending the parcel.
